These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the aabplay platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at aabplay.org. By registering an account or using any part of the aabplay platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use aabplay. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law. aabplay verifies age during the KYC process and will suspend any account found to belong to an underage user.
Each person may hold only one aabplay account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All aabplay bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms published alongside each promotion. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, collusion, or exploiting software errors — is prohibited and may result in account termination.
aabplay supports GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Cryptocurrency and credit card deposits are not accepted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aabplay login credentials. aabplay will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to aabplay support.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the aabplay platform, creating an Account, or using any service offered by aabplay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2.2 If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the aabplay platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
2.3 aabplay reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
2.4 This Agreement is supplemented by any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and the aabplay Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the aabplay platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and strictly enforced by aabplay. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The aabplay platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of aabplay complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use aabplay: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from aabplay or any other gaming platform; (c) persons who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive; (d) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of aabplay and its affiliated entities.
3.4 Capacity. You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party.
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) aabplay Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. aabplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. aabplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 Account Suspension and Closure. aabplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of this Agreement, or regulatory requirement. Where an Account is closed due to a breach, any balance may be forfeited.
5.1 aabplay is required by Philippine regulations and PAGCOR guidelines to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before permitting continued gameplay.
5.2 You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, PhilSys national ID), proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.
5.3 aabplay reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
5.4 All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the aabplay Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. aabplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
6.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. aabplay does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
6.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. aabplay aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business day for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
6.5 Own Funds. You represent that all funds deposited into your aabplay Wallet are your own and are not derived from any illegal activity. aabplay complies with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
7.1 aabplay offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. aabplay reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage betting, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed abusive by aabplay at its sole discretion will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
7.4 aabplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
8.1 All games available on the aabplay platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
8.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games on aabplay use independently certified RNG technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published within each game's information panel.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, aabplay reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the applicable wagers. aabplay shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.
8.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact aabplay support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. aabplay's decision on disputed game results, made after review of server-side logs, shall be final and binding.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aabplay platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:
10.1 All content on the aabplay platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of aabplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aabplay platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any aabplay content.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of aabplay's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aabplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 aabplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aabplay Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 aabplay does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
11.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 aabplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial or personal harm, please make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your Account settings.
12.2 Available Tools. aabplay provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players at no cost: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension), and permanent self-exclusion.
12.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so at any time by contacting aabplay support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, aabplay will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the platform.
12.4 Age Restriction. aabplay strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the payment source.

13.1 aabplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the aabplay Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
13.3 aabplay will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.
14.1 aabplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, aabplay will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the aabplay platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.
14.3 The most current version of this Agreement is always available at aabplay.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Agreement was most recently revised.
15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to aabplay's customer support team for informal resolution. aabplay commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.
15.4 aabplay's operations are subject to oversight by PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
